Senior Product Owner – Application Delivery & User Experience
Contract to Hire – Fully remote working
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a leading Life Insurance organisation within the Infrastructure & Operations Product team.
This role will take ownership of the end-user device experience across the business, focusing on performance, compliance, and consistency across Windows and Mac environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for User Device Management
- Manage and prioritise product backlog and delivery activities
- Oversee endpoint management technologies including Intune, SCCM, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tooling
- Support policy configuration, driver management, and BIOS management initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, HR, InfoSec, and wider business stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions
- Lead ongoing optimisation of the Windows environment and support future Mac rollout planning
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner within end-user computing or device management environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows device management and endpoint tooling
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, policy management, and device performance monitoring
- Ability to translate business and user needs into clear delivery priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
