Jump in on 2nd-level support, and back up 1st-level when things get busy.

Tackle incidents, answer client questions, and collaborate with both vendors and internal teams.

Keep docs up to date (yes, it’s important-and yes, we try to keep it painless).
🔧 What You Bring:

You’ve got an IT background (ideally in systems engineering) and maybe some early work experience under your belt.

You’re familiar with infrastructure services and cloud tech (Microsoft 365 & Azure = big plus).

You’re independent, structured, and still love working with a team.

You speak confident Swiss German and have a decent handle on English.

You’ve got a driver’s license (B) – for when you need to head onsite.
