We are currently working with a leading multinational financial services organization who is looking for a Tech Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution of innovative, customer-facing technology products used by hundred thousands across APAC.
This is more than a project management role, it is a mission critical position that bridges the gap between strategy and execution, where your leadership directly impacts customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and digital innovation at scale.
What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital product initiatives across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and global stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and goals.

Own the delivery roadmap, ensuring on-time and quality releases of customer-facing features and services.

Implement agile best practices and continuously improve delivery frameworks in a fast-paced tech environment.

Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively.

Provide transparency to senior leadership through detailed reporting, progress updates, and metrics tracking.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in tech project/delivery management, preferably within enterprise or financial services settings.

Proven track record of leading the successful delivery of complex digital products (preferably customer-facing).

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and modern software development lifecycles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you’re confident engaging with senior leaders globally.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
