Technical Pricing Analyst (Earnix)
📍 Location: Remote (Candidates must work from and be based in the United States)
💰 Salary: Up to $85,000 base + bonus
A well-established insurance organization is looking to add a Technical Pricing Analyst to its growing pricing and rating team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of insurance pricing – working hands-on with rating systems, data, and logic, while partnering closely with actuarial, modeling, and IT teams.
You’ll be part of a dedicated Earnix-focused team, contributing directly to production-ready pricing solutions that sit at the heart of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build, test, and support insurance pricing and rating solutions within the Earnix platform

Translate business and actuarial requirements into accurate, scalable rating logic

Write, optimize, and maintain SQL and Python code in cloud-based environments

Support premium calculations, rate updates, and post-production validation

Identify and resolve data issues while maintaining strong governance and documentation

Collaborate daily with actuarial, modeling, and IT teams to deliver reliable pricing solutions
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in insurance pricing, rating, or technical analytics

Hands-on exposure to Earnix (strongly preferred but not essential) or similar pricing systems

Strong SQL and/or Python skills, including complex queries and production data work

Insurance domain knowledge (commercial insurance experience is a plus)

The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team
