URGENT: PMO Manager – Insurance MNC

Our client, a leading multinational insurance corporation, is seeking a proactive *PMO Manager* to support the Head of Operations Transformation during a large-scale transformation project. This role will focus on governance support of the Programme Director, helping her to run the 6 workstreams.

We are seeking a PMO Manager to oversee governance, delivery, and project tracking for a high-impact operations transformation program within the insurance sector. This role will ensure transparency, accuracy, and alignment across multiple workstreams, while supporting market leads to effectively use tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage governance and delivery tracking for a $70M transformation program, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide guidance and education to market leads on tool usage and process adherence.
  • Track and report progress across 6-7 workstreams (e.g., claims, servicing, data, and people capability).
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, attendee tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks through regular reviews and updates.
  • Oversee financials and project accounting, ensuring budget adherence and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Programme Leads on key areas like CRM, claims, and contact center initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of PMO experience within Insurance or FS environment
  • Ideally exposure to Regional or Global projects before, with an understanding of how to manage remote stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in governance, project tracking, and financial management for large-scale programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
