A senior finance leadership opportunity supporting a complex and growing business unit within a leading P&C insurance organization. This role serves as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, providing insight, oversight, and direction across financial planning, performance management, and data driven decision making.
The position plays a critical role in shaping business strategy, supporting pricing and deal activity, and ensuring financial stability and long term profitability. You will operate as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, working cross functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams to drive performance and execute on strategic priorities.
This is a high visibility role with significant exposure to senior leadership, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, hands on execution, and strong business partnership capabilities.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA or equivalent) preferred
- 10+ years of experience within P&C insurance finance
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience supporting pricing strategy, deal analysis, and business performance management
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner to commercial and operational leaders
- Broad exposure across financial disciplines including reporting, analysis, tax, treasury, and investments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead discussions at executive level
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- High level of integrity, ownership, and results orientation
