Our client is a international private group of companies, focusing on energy and transportation and has various interests along the energy value chain. They are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Analyst / Associate to be a part of their growing office in Singapore.
You will be responsible for:
- Assist in the development and execution of corporate strategy initiatives.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support merger and acquisition strategies.
- Provide consultation services on financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify investment opportunities and advise on business decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders and executive teams.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in Corporate Strategy and Financial Consulting.
- Expertise in merger and acquisition strategy, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating financial insights.
- Proficiency in financial modelling tools and software.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
