I am working with a global specialty P&C insurance carrier that are looking to add a brand new Senior A&E focused attorney to their claims team.

In this position you will handle a caseload of highly complex Construction focused Architects & Engineers claims, as well as some 3rd party environmental claims.

To qualify for this position you must:

- Have a deep, technical understanding and experience with construction claims or A&E claims

- Have a strong background in litigation including attending mediations

- Be an attorney at a law firm OR a claims professional at a carrier

This position will be on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in office, the rest remote), and can be based from Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston or Texas (Dallas or Houston).
