Team

We are looking for Assistant Controllers, Credit Controllers and Controllers with experience within Business control to join the team. The team is responsible for the entire finance activities in the region. You will work in an organisation with various career opportunities, and you will work in a close-knit team.

Your role

As a Controller you have a lot of content and responsibility, and you ensure detailed reports. You are a spider in the web and act as a sparring partner to the Head of Finance for Europe and Africa in the day-to-day operations.

Your Tasks

• Managing consolidations related to the month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly analyses and reports for Europe and Africa.
• Process optimisation's and coordinate activities with different entities.
• You develop KPIs, report on business performance, and provide in-depth insights and facts through monthly reports.
• Ad hoc analyses such as Strategy evaluations, efficiency analyses, Mergers & Acquisition, and return on investments

Job requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Control, consultancy or business analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Completed M.Sc. in Economics or Business administration (Registered Controller or equivalent is great plus)
• you are able to translate complex information into action, and you think out of the box
• Excellent communicator with good verbal and written English skills and perform well in an international environment
• Manufacturing background is a plus
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Also, excellent with Excel.
• EU Citizenship or valid work Visa for the Netherlands

While a 100% candidate is ideal, in general business analysts and controllers can respond to the vacancy.
