Recruitment Agency on behalf of our Esteemed Client in the Insurance Industry
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts including analysis and reporting.
- Support the management in financial forecasting and budgetary processes.
- Engage in cost analysis, monitoring budgets and making comparative analyses as necessary.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Manage databases and input information, data, and records in accordance with company procedures.
- Support the senior management team with financial decisions by providing detailed analysis and financial reports.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in management accounting
- Exceptional analytical skills to manage large amounts of data and reporting.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting financial data.
- A motivated self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Part qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or working towards
