The AVP - Financial Institutions Underwriter will continue in the growth of a young US FI portfolio nationally. They;ll have the opportunity to travel to major markets, work with retail brokers, and underwrite D&O, E&O, Fiduciary and Bond insurance for Financial Institutions. This is a very entrepreneurial opportunity to grow up the book of business and then grow out a team as the book grows.
Our client in a Global Insurance Carrier that is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Executive Risk - Financial Institutions group.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Grow out a portfolio of Financial Institutions clients across D&O, E&O, EPL, Fiduciary, and Bond.
2. Develop underwriting strategies to ensure profitability and growth.
3. Review and assess policy applications and documents.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coverage and pricing.
