Responsibilities

* Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and business partners, build strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes. Foster open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations
* Work with peers across Finance, and the wider organization to build effective co-operative relationships
* Work closely with the Product Control Team, understand and document the issues or enhancement required by Product Control and liaise with the respective support teams to drive solutions and enhancements
* Understand and articulate the projects to stakeholders highlighting dependencies and be able to provide potential solutions to any issues
* Actively manage the change roadmap, handling risks/issues/dependencies as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits



Experience required

* Working experiences in Product Control or Finance is preferred
* Demonstrate a strong quantitative and analytical background
* Experience in gathering and analysing requirements, building and monitoring test plans
* Preferably possess a strong knowledge of VBA and SQL, or other programming experience with database interaction
* Degree in quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or related subjects would advantageous
