Duties

• Providing day-to-day support of technology Infrastructure
• Consisting of Lenovo laptops, HP desktop PCs and Servers using the Windows Operating System; Cisco routers, switches and firewalls and voice systems from Mitel.
• Establish and maintain service level relationship with local Technology service providers
• Perform daily AM and PM system checks as per documented procedures and distribution of status reports
• 24x7 on-call support duty

Requirements

• Trade Support and general financial system support knowledge
• Solid foundation in hardware troubleshooting/replacement and market data service support
• 3 years Technology Support experience in Trading environment
• Knowledge of market data applications, specifically Bloomberg and Reuters products
• Solid understanding of trading and the financial markets
• Excellent PC troubleshooting and break / fix skills
