We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Insurer who are looking to grow their German presence to accompany their successful offering across Europe. Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to facilitate this expansion. The successful candidate will be the foundation of a market leading branch in the exciting German insurance space. As Branch Manager, you will have to opportunity to build your team, build your strategy and build your name within the market.

Responsibilities:
- Propose, plan and execute strategies across the German market in relation to business and client development
- Create and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the German market through commercial presentations, co-creation of end-to-end solutions tailor-made to their needs (product features, pricing, remuneration scheme, operations), formal application to tenders, etc
- Oversight of various additional duties including: Hiring, Marketing, Pricing, Reserving, Risk, Legal and Compliance
- General branch management and wider operational monitoring responsibilities
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in within the financial sector (banking, insurance, insurance brokering)
- Strong business and market development approach
- German market experience with strong written and verbal communication in German and English
- Knowledge of bank-insurance product (life and non-life)
- Exposure to PPI/Credit Insurance is an advantage
- Management / Leadership experience
