As part of this role a successful candidate will primarily be supporting a project from scratch as well as other exciting project as a Business Analyst. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Undergraduate degree
• A relevant formal Business Analyst/Project Management qualification is desirable.
• 3 to 5 years of experiences
• Experience in Insurance industry is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

• Strong knowledge of insurance application preferred
• Hands on experience in customer experience digital transformation would be an advantage
• Expertise in requirements gathering
• Expertise in requirements planning, management and communication
• Expertise to prepare project plan and coordinate with related parties.
• Expertise in business process modelling and design
• Expertise to prepare UAT plan
• Excellent stakeholder management, particularly managing expectations
• Sound influencing and negotiating skills
