Job Title: Business Analyst - Data Centres
Location: London (on-site once every two weeks - expenses covered)
Contract Length: 6 months (with a view to extend into implementation)

Overview:
We are supporting a key client in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to support a CRM-related programme of work. The ideal candidate will take a strong, business-wide view and be confident in leading stakeholder engagement, driving workshops, and challenging processes to deliver clear outcomes. This is a fast-paced role in a challenging environment, therefore the client require someone that can hit the ground running amongst a lean team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams across business and IT
Drive stakeholder engagement across senior and operational levels to ensure alignment and commitment
Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for CRM solutions (Dynamics CRM or Salesforce)
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications
Push back when needed to challenge assumptions and ensure clarity of scope
Collaborate with European teams to maintain momentum across regions
Support the transition from discovery to implementation, ensuring continuity and readiness
Key Skills & Experience:
Must have data center experience to be considered.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex business environments
Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Strong experience working on CRM projects - ideally Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving business analysis activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
