Your tasks
- Business analysis and specification for online and mobile applications
- Analysis of customer needs and trends in digital banking
- Further development of and responsibility for the digital channels of the organisation
- Support of digitization through coaching, training and know-how transfer
- Participation in the expansion of the user testing program
- Project management in digitization projects
your qualification
- Completed banking apprenticeship or several years of experience in banking & finance
- University or college degree in banking & finance, economics or business informatics
- Further education or relevant experience in the field of business analysis, project management, UI / UX or customer experience management
- Flexibility, versatility and the willingness to cope with a wide range of operational and strategic tasks
- Technical understanding of the basics of the development of online and mobile applications as well as the basic technologies of the Internet
- Reliable, resilient personality with initiative and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented action and high communication skills
- Avaloq knowledge is a plus
