Business Analyst - Leeds / Remote - Up to £500pd Inside IR35

Oliver James' leading Engineering client is currently recruiting for two Business Analysts to support on a TOM transformation. They've recently completed a redefinition of the operating model within one of their business units and are now looking to complete a number of business change and process improvement projects to implement these changes. Additionally, the are looking to move this transformation to further business units.

Key Skills Needed:

• Substantial experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills needed within Operational Change including target operating model transformations
• Strong skills with business change projects including Process Improvement / Process Optimisation
• Strong stakeholder management
