Business Controller
As a Business controller you are a business partner and build strong collaborative relationships with the key business functions and finance service lines. As a subject matter expert you drive compliant, correct and timely reporting as well as optimization of business and finance processes. As a Business controller you're challenging the business on content, initiate improvements and develop management reports.

The team
You would be part of the Business Controlling team and report to the head of business control. In this role your key responsibilities are creating and adding value to the business and business processes. Besides that your main responsibilities are: * Business controlling: operations & business cases * Lead the R2R process: coordinate month end close process, coordinate budget process, and develop management reports
Your profile
You are a flexible, curious, pro-active and hands-on person, a real team player and a conceptual thinker. You should have a helicopter view but are willing to dig deep into details if required. You understand business processes and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of LEAN working. Furthermore you have leadership skills, you are ambitious and a very good communicator and presenter. Also you have: * Knowledge of IFRS * Accounting background * 5-8 years of relevant experience * Bachelor's or Master's degree * P2P process understanding & R2R process understanding * Fluently in Dutch
