Design change activities (including training and communication), translating into detailed delivery plans
Articulation of the link between training and communication needs and achievement of programme outcomes to justify approach and effort
Articulate the detailed change plan in line with wider change plan
Build change management knowledge as needed across LBUs (and RHO)
Articulate the design and impact to reflect in change plans and communication content
Lead need assessments for each outcome (i.e. UAT, deployment etc.) to design change activities (including training and communication), translating into detailed delivery plans
Timely creation and sign-off of needs assessment and delivery plan with work stream and program leadership
Articulation of the link between training and communication needs and achievement of programme outcomes to justify approach and effort
Drive through the development and sign-off of content for each outcome, facilitating a virtual team across RHO and LBU program work stream
Articulate the detailed change plan in line with wider change plan
Support LBU shape and deliver local Change Management plans, using RHO deliverable as guidance
Translate RHO deliverable into guidance / templates for LBU
Build change management knowledge as needed across LBUs (and RHO)
Gather feedback on the effectiveness of change activities, providing updates and recommendations to the overall change and approach
Work with PMO to establish Business Readiness, providing Change Management inputs \

Support People Movement plans, ensuring alignment with change plan
