Job Opportunity: Change Management Specialist



Our esteemed client, a trailblazer in the Retail industry, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Change Management Specialist for a temporary assignment within their Change Management department. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant organizational transformations, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.



Role & Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure communication and implementation of effective change strategies.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various stakeholders and modify strategies accordingly to support project outcomes.
  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a clear and logical manner.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide relevant stakeholders through changes.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.


Key Skills

  • Demonstrable knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
