My client, a leading consulting firm within the Financial Services sector are looking to bring hire an enthusiastic and self starting Change Manager. In this role, you'll be a key in driving their client's change agenda, while focussing on the operational side and implementing change strategies so support their clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and manage with change management methodologies
- Create change strategies and plans
- Produce training strategies
- Work with wider project teams
- Mentor junior staff
- Identify skills/knowledge gaps and come up with solutions to solve
Skills and attributes required:
- 3-8 year's experience in a change management role
- Diploma/professional qualification or certification in change management
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, as you'll be building relations across the project team, stakeholders and partners
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Life Sciences/heath care/public-sector or pharmaceutical
