A leading international insurance firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with solid foundation in Insurance Business Applications. The role presents a unique opportunity to look after multiple markets in APAC, establishing sustainability and overall foundational IT Structure before modernisation.

Responsibilities:

• Envision and develop the long-term architectural direction, with emphasis on reusable components across platform.
• Formulate the Group Technology architecture road map, in conjunction with other domain architects representing Business Applications, Data, AI, Engineering, Security, Operations and Local Business Units.
• Build future state architecture to encompass business strategy with design consideration of convergence, modernisation, cost efficiency, business functionality, interpretability, cloud native design, resilience, security and future proofing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architecture leader with more than 15 years of experience
• Have wide experience in understanding Insurance Business Challenges and is able to work with non-IT stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes & its successful translation into technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills & ability to engagement senior management on strategic plans, leading project steering committees and status updates etc.
