Oliver James are currently working with a software development business within the healthcare industry to expand their internal security by hiring a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), in Zurich, Switzerland.

In your role as Chief Information Security Officer:

  • Completing the risk analysis and creating appropriate mitigations in the field of data protection and cyber security
  • Implementation of supply chain security gap management for our products
  • Development and implementation of internal ICT security projects
  • Employee education in the areas of cybersecurity and data protection
  • Contact person for inquiries regarding computer and information security, as well as for problems with data protection in routine

  • University degree in computer science or similar field
  • Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in cybersecurity
  • You are well informed about legal standards, risk management, and data security.
  • You are well-versed in intrusion detection.
  • Being familiar with ISO 81001-5-1 is advantageous.
  • You're aware of popular terms like OWASP, NIST-800, and ISO-27001
  • You are very committed, quality conscious, dependable, and creative.
  • You are a people person with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Candidates need to be fluent in English & German as well as being a Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen.
