As part of our dynamic Claims team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of complex Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability (EPL), and Directors & Officers (D&O) claims. This role involves handling high-exposure matters, including securities class actions, fiduciary liability claims, and other intricate coverage issues. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and insureds to develop and execute effective resolution strategies while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve a wide range of complex claims in the areas of Professional Liability, EPL, and D&O.

• Oversee high-severity litigation, including securities class actions and fiduciary claims.

• Conduct detailed claim evaluations, coverage analysis, and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external counsel to formulate case strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and re-insurers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, legal developments, and market conditions affecting financial lines.
