Claims Handler

Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is looking for a skilled Claims Handler to join their Claims department on a permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing insurance claims according to company policies and procedures
• Communicating with clients, third parties, and internal departments regarding claim status and updates
• Investigating and assessing claims to determine coverage and liability
• Negotiating settlement agreements with claimants and other parties involved
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of claims information
• Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Claims Handler or similar role in the Insurance industry (minimum 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
• Proficiency in Dutch and French
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
