Job Title: Client Management Associate - Global Operations & Business Services
Overview:
Join a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative global operations team supporting trading, investment, and corporate banking functions. This role focuses on client onboarding, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless and compliant client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate onboarding of global institutional clients, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID, and other regulations.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, Compliance).
Partner with Front Office to assess client needs, prioritize high-value relationships, and expedite onboarding.
Track client workflow and maintain up-to-date records.
Identify and escalate client issues proactively.
Contribute to global client and product strategies by offering process improvement ideas.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or college diploma.
1-4 years of experience in Capital Markets or a buy-side environment.
Solid understanding of financial products and regulatory requirements.
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proven relationship management skills with a client-first mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with a global team mindset.
