What you'll do
  • Set and achieve new business goals
  • Identify, target, and prospect new business using Sales Tools
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are recorded in CRM
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize results with multidisciplinary resources
  • Attend community events, leverage personal networks, and drive new business sales goals
  • Stay informed about insurance market trends, local laws, and new coverages through training
  • Travel may be required

Requirements
  • Hold appropriate and valid insurance and driver's licenses
  • At least 3 years of insurance sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and rating procedures
  • Strong communication and sales skills
