Our client, a distinguished leader in the insurance industry, is looking to fill the position of Manager in the Compliance department specialized in the Automotive sector. This role is permanent and fully remote.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the compliance framework to align with industry regulations specifically targeted towards automotive insurance.
- Monitor and manage compliance policies to ensure that operations meet legal standards and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and reform initiatives affecting the automotive sector.
- Implement compliance policies effectively across relevant departments.
- Conduct regular audits and produce detailed reports that discuss compliance alignment and discrepancies.
- Work with senior management to strategize and deploy long-term compliance goals.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals tasked with safeguarding the company's adherence to laws and regulations.
