A leading London Market Insurance business based in the UK are looking to hire a Contact Centre Project Manager who has experience within the Insurance or wider financial services to come in and drive forward a new strategic change project which is moving from Mitel to Five9. You will work closely with the business to ensure the successful move from Mitel to Five9. You will need to have a technical background along with having the soft skills to ensure successful delivery. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the business is trained up on Five9 and will have to demonstrate end to end delivery.
