We're hiring on behalf of a global financial institution undergoing a major finance transformation. This role will be central to building a unified cost and expense analytics framework that spans across the region, improving how the business tracks and forecasts spend, governs data, and drives strategic insights.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of cost and planning analytics processes across business units

• Design standardised templates and data structures for actuals and forecast reporting

• Own monthly cost data execution cycles - validation, reconciliation, controls

• Collaborate with data teams to implement automation and scalable reporting solutions

• Engage business and finance stakeholders to align on strategic cost views

• Support reporting tools and workflows using Power BI and Alteryx

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8-12 years of experience in cost analytics, FP&A, or finance transformation

• Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts, cost centre mapping, and planning cycles

• Proven track record in reporting standardisation and process design

• Familiarity with finance systems, controls, and reconciliations

• Hands-on experience or exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools

• Comfortable working across complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
