My client is a Global top-tier insurance firm who looking an experienced automation testing candidate to oversee the CRM development, implementation, and maintenance the digital platform.
Job Description:
- Partner with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to deeply understand requirements
- Develop test strategies and cases, facilitating reviews with relevant parties
- Prepare test data and conduct thorough validation of business functionality
- Document and report issues, collaborating to find resolutions
- Provide progress updates and test results to the project team and leadership
- Coordinate with the testing team on preparation, execution, and traceability
- Perform post-deployment validation, including occasional off-hour work
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business validation or quality assurance
- Extensive lifecycle expertise: test planning, design, data, execution, defect tracking
- Strong financial services background, preferably banking or insurance systems
- Proven ability to translate requirements into comprehensive test strategies
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Successful track record of quality delivery under tight deadlines
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments, including occasional overtime
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
