Strong in call (call profiles) - 99% they will be in call
Strong soft skills - business bankers but will start the digital channels - resistance "before it was better"

Guide customers on the online channels - various activities on the phone - 1st line (multi skilled - account payments) - explain to the customers how to do this, how to do that
Concrete examples:
- Someone card got broken - normally they call their business banker to order a new one but now it's online - try to do it online and call them to ask how to do it
- How to download bank statements online
- Changing mandates,
- Etc
Interesting because doing different requests all the time and probably will never have 2 calls the same.
Once they are good to go : hybrid mode (2 days in the office)

Get all training needed + will be placed together with people with experience + buddy and coaches
Hours: work hours are from 8am to 6pm but organised in 3 shifts (starting at 8, 9 or 10)
