We are looking for an Customer Success Manager to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business based in Manchester.
This SaaS company's technology is fully cloud based, highly configurable and supports hundreds of thousands of interactions within the public housing sector every month.
This is a key role for the business to make sure that their customers are successful, lifelong advocates of their software. Utilising excellent relationship building skills, this manager will create strong & effective partnerships with both the customers & internal stakeholders.
You will also ensure the timely & quality delivery of projects & maintain very high customer satisfaction. You would be the primary owner of the operational relationships with customers, working closely with sales & Account Managers on new and existing customers.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer facing position
- A background or experience within the housing / public housing industry
- Knowledge of a Software as a Service Business would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- An enthusiasm around working with customers
- Proactive in contributing to the continuous improvements of standards
- Self-motivated & conscientious
