Oliver James is actively seeking a Customer Servicing Support Specialist to join one of its prominent clients in the banking industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and eager to grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure end-to-end resolution in a timely and efficient manner

  • Identify and seize commercial opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements

  • Proactively suggest initiatives to enhance team processes and performance

  • Identify and remove obstacles that hinder workflow and service quality

  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and constructive feedback with colleagues

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal

  • Strong command of Dutch (minimum B2 level); English and/or German is a plus

  • Versatile and quick to adapt in diverse situations

  • Eager to learn and continuously improve

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Commercial mindset with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
