Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and ensure end-to-end resolution in a timely and efficient manner
Identify and seize commercial opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements
Proactively suggest initiatives to enhance team processes and performance
Identify and remove obstacles that hinder workflow and service quality
Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and constructive feedback with colleagues
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal
Strong command of Dutch (minimum B2 level); English and/or German is a plus
Versatile and quick to adapt in diverse situations
Eager to learn and continuously improve
Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Commercial mindset with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
