We're looking for a DevOps Coach to join a growing team and help shape the way we build, test, and deliver software. If you're passionate about empowering development teams, setting best-practice guidelines, and championing Test-Driven Development (TDD), we'd love to hear from you.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Coach and mentor cross-functional development teams on DevOps principles, practices, and tools.

• Design and implement development guidelines, workflows, and standards that align with business goals.

• Promote and lead TDD and testing strategies across teams.

• Support CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to drive continuous improvement in code quality, deployment, and monitoring.

• Serve as a thought leader for DevOps culture and advocate for engineering excellence.

💼 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Coach, Engineer, or Technical Lead with mentoring responsibilities.

• Deep knowledge of DevOps tooling.

• Hands-on experience with TDD and a strong understanding of testing.

• Ability to write and enforce scalable development and deployment guidelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a coaching mindset.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
