For a leading Pharma company in Milan (Italy) we are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager.

The candidate will be part of the Marketing Department and will be responsible to:

  • Develop and lead the organizations of the Digital Marketing Strategy;
  • Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion;
  • Produce, develop and implement leading online sales strategies, including: websites, CRM, social & eCommerce;
  • Formulate and implement all digital marketing and media campaigns incltiding SEO, SEM, Display, Programmatic and Social;
  • Partner, manage and ensure accountability of internal & external stakeholders;
  • Oversee the performance of their CRM and email marketing results, set benchmarks & report on opportunities and insights weekly;
  • Analyze and provide insights around site traffic and other key eCommerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools;
  • Manage and mentor a small team to ensure various campaigns are delivered effectively on-time and in-budget;


  • Degree in economics or equivalent;
  • At least 7 years of extensive working experience in in a same position or Marketing Department with focus on digital and c-eommerce matters;
  • Previous experience in a senior Digital role, preferably in a fast-paced retail
  • eCommerce experience is a must;
  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results;
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data:
  • Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximize sales, conversion rate, average order value;
  • A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused
  • Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications;
  • Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis
