Requirements:

• Lead the formulation, assessment, and execution of reserve strategies.
• Oversee the reserving processes for personal insurance lines.
• Prepare and deliver reserve reports to senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to actuarial team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.

• Significant background in reserving and reporting for personal line insurance.
• Extensive experience with actuarial modeling and analysis.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• ACAS or FCAS

This is a hybrid role based out of Texas or New York
