• Financial Reporting Excellence: Lead the charge in internal and regulatory financial reporting, ensuring strict compliance with statutory guidelines.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and inspire a team of accounting professionals, implementing best practices in accounting procedures, processes, and internal controls.
• Reinsurance Expertise: Oversee the accuracy of reinsurance reporting for premiums and claims, maintaining strong relationships with brokers, reinsurers, and captive reinsurers.
• Audit & Compliance Management: Drive the management of the company's annual audits and regulatory examinations, ensuring smooth and successful processes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in US GAAP and statutory accounting
• Extensive experience in the insurance industry
• CPA certification required
• Proven strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance
