Oliver James has partnered with a growing Asset Manager with over 1 trillion AUM to appoint a Financial Crime Manager reporting to the Group Head of Financial Crime and MLRO.

This position, sitting in the Risk & Compliance function of the organisation will be responsible for providing support to the Group MLRO in continuing to develop financial crime risk frameworks while also providing oversight, ensuring that controls to mitigate financial crime are effective to the risk.

The remit of the role will be as but not limited to the following;

• Support the Group MLRO with an efficient financial crime risk framework and assisting in the identification of emerging global financial crime risks
• Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive, risk based due-diligence framowkrs for the business, it' branches and their clients.
• Oversight of high risk customers including PEP's and Sanctions overseeing and managing financial crime risk assessment for the business and their branches.
• Produce management information for the committees and Group MLRO.
• Where necessary deputise for the MLRO on committee meetings, trade body meetings and seminars
