Oliver James have partnered with a global insurer to recruit for an FP&A Accountant. You will be working as part of a dynamic finance team to support the financial decision across the business to meet the business goals.

The business are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to support the business with the financial performance of the business. You will act as a business partner and be responsible for the below;

• Budgeting, forecasting and planning for the company, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure there is accountability for the business plan.
• Support the senior leaders to help with the decision making across investment and planning.
• Play a key role in the finance transformation and projects.

Experience required;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• 2 - 3 years experience in a commercial environment, being involved in the analysis and understanding the numbers.
• Financial Services experience (ideally within insurance)
