What You'll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a small team of talented developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Build Exceptional Interfaces: Develop responsive, scalable web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with backend engineers, designers, and product owners to bring concepts to life.
  • Code with Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and secure code with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Innovate: Create high-resolution prototypes, onboard new technologies, and continuously improve products.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Proven ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and API integration.
  • Bonus: Experience with KendoReact, CI/CD pipelines, or financial/reinsurance sectors.
  • Team leadership or line management experience is a plus.
