Job Description

• Define project goals, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success
• Develop estimates and plans to manage the end-to-end project execution
• Ensure business requirements are accurately captured and completed
• Act as the link between assigned project resources and key stakeholders
• Ensure an effective business super user network is in place locally and globally
• Track project status and manage project issues and risks
• Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issues
• Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery
• Lead effective project teams, using problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Communicate with project team members, key stakeholders, and sponsors
• Develop and maintain project plans, time-lines, and budgets

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise level projects
• Proven experience managing projects related to HR, ESG, and ERP solutions
• Certified PMP or Agile Scrum Master certifications highly regarded
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
