Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture lasting client relationships in the technology and professional services sectors.
Act as the main liaison for client communications, resolving issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development efforts within your industry focus.
Partner with the business development team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of audit professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
Oversee hiring, training, and career development within the audit group.
Design and implement tailored audit plans that address sector-specific risks and challenges.
Manage all phases of audit engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Deliver audit findings and actionable recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders throughout the audit process.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates that impact clients.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification required
Experience:
12+ years in audit, with substantial experience in the technology and/or professional services sectors
Strong understanding of tax-related considerations is a plus
Demonstrated success in client management and business development
Proven leadership and team development experience
Deep knowledge of auditing standards, compliance, and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office tools
