Help desk Engineer wanted to join a growing Managed Service company in South Dublin. This role is ideal for anyone who has between 3-12 months experience working in IT Support. The role will sit within the infrastructure team dealing with both BAU responsibilities and exposure to project work.

This role can offer a clear progression path for anyone looking to build a career in IT Infrastructure. You will be given all the tools required to succeed in the role as well as the opportunity to gain a number of IT specific certs.

The ideal candidate will have exposure in the following areas.

> Ticketing systems

> Active Directory

> Windows OS
