I have an exciting opportunity for a prudential professional to join one of my major banking clients in the city as an ICAAP Manager.

• Permanent role
• Hybrid working - 3 days in the office every 2 weeks
• Up to £85,000 plus package

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execution of the ICAAP
• Managing pillar 2A technical reviews
• Coordinating pillar 2B capital assessments and buffer calculations
• Manage the framework processes to control material risks
• Preparing ICAAP communication packs
• Driving regulatory framework changes relating to ICAAPs
• Continuous maintenance of the bank's capital requirements - both regulatory and internal
• Opportunity for involvement with ILAAP team if desired

Person requirements:

• ICAAP experience including capital regulations and methodologies with a bank, regulator or consultancy
• Successful track record of project delivery and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of stress testing methodologies is ideal
