What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with teams across the business to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring effective tracking of mitigation efforts.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Play a key role in third-party risk management, ensuring all external partners meet our security standards.
- Partner with Security Operations and IT teams to oversee vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
- Review security architecture for new systems and services, providing expert recommendations.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to technical security controls, ensuring robust protection of our assets.
- Support the implementation of cutting-edge security tools and technologies.
- Oversee security incident management, ensuring incidents are promptly and efficiently handled.
- Provide meaningful security metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Help drive a culture of security by supporting the security awareness program across the company.
- Assist with internal and external security audits, ensuring compliance and improving processes.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in information security roles, with a strong understanding of risk management and security frameworks.
- A proven track record of assessing and mitigating security risks, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex security concepts in a clear and simple way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST, and a keen understanding of information security standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for creating a secure, innovative environment.
