My client is a MNC Insurance company, currently working on Operational Excellence project and looking for a Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement projects across business units.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) strategies.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across departments.
• Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, operational excellence, or business continuity.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly desirable.
• Experience within the Insurance industry
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
