Our Dublin-based Private Markets Financial Operations client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Investment Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate investment operations activities with global teams

• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers

• Monitor and analyze private equity investment activity

• Reconcile monthly valuations from fund administrators

• Prepare fund reports and support performance analysis

• Handle investor requests and contribute to project initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or qualification in accounting or finance

• 3+ years' experience in private equity operations or investment control

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
