For a client, a leading pan-European Private Equity fund focused on mid-market investments, we are currently seeking an Investment Manager - Private Equity

The firm is looking to strengthen its Milan-based team with the addition of a high-performing Investment Manager to take a leading role across all stages of the investment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, execution, and monitoring of mid-market transactions across Europe

• Manage full due diligence processes, coordinating internal and external teams

• Develop and review advanced financial models and valuation analyses (LBO, DCF, comparables)

• Draft and present investment memoranda to the Investment Committee

• Actively contribute to strategic portfolio value creation initiatives, working closely with management teams

• Support exit strategies and portfolio optimization alongside senior leadership

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a Private Equity fund (mandatory)

• Previous experience (if any) in Investment Banking, M&A advisory, or top-tier strategy consulting (MBB)

• Solid track record of deal execution and exposure to mid-market transactions

• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with sound business judgement

• Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus

• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage complex projects with high autonomy
